Deeper is a 45 minute documentary focusing on women in surfing, traditional longboarding, and surfing in the hands of surfers throughout southeastern surf community. For seven months local filmmaker Nicole Nason follows surfers to share their stories.
Florence devastated many. Coming together in community reminds us of what truly matters, the people. Deeper premieres on Sunday October 7th at 7pm at Ironclad Brewery in downtown Wilmington, NC.
Come as you are for free. I do not want to see anyone held back from coming due to the impacts of the storm, as this premiere is for our surf community. Donations are accepted via raffle tickets but the main purpose is to foster an event that brings the surf community together and showcases who our community is.
