And so does his friend Rip Zinger.

Rip is a chef from Japan who lives in the apartment behind Rob’s house.

He describes the perfect pre-surf meal: ‘Kale arugula salad with micro sprouts and apple with condensed balsamic vinegar.”

And there you go… it’s what Rob had for breakfast the morning we filmed this.

It shows Rob in the Telos Islands riding both a Helium ‘Seaside’ and a ‘Seaside and Beyond’.
