Declaration of State of Emergency – Third Amendment
April 13, 2020
The Mayor of Wrightsville Beach has amended the Declaration of a State of Emergency to continue until 5:00 p.m. on April 29, 2020 unless rescinded earlier or extended.
All Town restroom facilities, parks, the oceanfront beach strand and soundside beaches of Wrightsville Beach remain closed to the public. The Declaration incorporates the restrictions set forth in the New Hanover County Restated Declaration of State of Emergency.
