Afternoon Update: Looking like it has built some since the lunchtime update. Mainly in the waist to stomach high range with the sets coming in around chest. Not many people out directly behind the shop but there is a crowd closer to mercers. The winds picked up some also adding some bump to the faces. Most of them look like they're closing out due to all the sections but I saw a few come in with guys getting 2+ turns on. Keeping it at 2.5 logos just cause of the bumpiness. Definitely something to ride though and hopefully it'll keep building for tomorrow. Check back tomorrow for any changes.

The reason our site is so successful is that we actually check the waves with our feet in the sand. We update the site in person 4 or more times daily, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year with daily photos to prove it. Hard work, consistency, and dedication to a surfing lifestyle and community make this site successful, unique, and fresh.

  • No Logos = Flat or Really Bad. Pretty much unrideable! A good time to get other things done.
  • 1 Logo = Rideable but not good form. Might not be worth the time or effort but there could be a few okay waves.
  • 2 Logos = Could be fun. Rideable and a few okay waves to be ridden.
  • 3 Logos = Fun! Better than the average day. Worth paddling out depending on the surface conditions.
  • 4 Logos = Really fun. Paddle out if you can. One of the better days of the year.
  • 5 Logos = Rare Epic or All Time conditions. Quitting work or skipping school is an option but not encouraged. Why are you still reading the report! Paddle out now!
