SurfBerry Now Hiring Assistant Manager

 

The SurfBerry Assistant Manager’s responsibilities are assisting in the management of our café, retail operations and lesson/rental business, and to ensure the seamless running of these operations in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, while being proactive in improving customer service, quality and consistency of product, and profitability. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about working in a healthy environment, is extremely quality-oriented, self-driven, and has a vast array of skills and experiences to bring to this position. SurfBerry is located in the beautiful coastal city of Wrightsville Beach, NC. Our company culture is laid-back yet professional with a strong dedication to environmental conservation.

  • No Logos = Flat or Really Bad. Pretty much unrideable! A good time to get other things done.
  • 1 Logo = Rideable but not good form. Might not be worth the time or effort but there could be a few okay waves.
  • 2 Logos = Could be fun. Rideable and a few okay waves to be ridden.
  • 3 Logos = Fun! Better than the average day. Worth paddling out depending on the surface conditions.
  • 4 Logos = Really fun. Paddle out if you can. One of the better days of the year.
  • 5 Logos = Rare Epic or All Time conditions. Quitting work or skipping school is an option but not encouraged. Why are you still reading the report! Paddle out now!
