Sunrise Report:  Pretty small, windy, and chilly this morning.  The wind kind of bites through your clothing this morning.  So bundle up first thing.  Should start to warm up nicely later on though.   The waves aren’t much to speak of.  Mostly shin to maybe knee high and not good.  No real form or shape to what tiny wave is trying to break.  You aren’t missing anything this morning.  Have a great day.
