Welcome to our very first featured board of the week presented by Awayco!
Starting off our first week with the El Tomo Fish from Firewire Surfboards. Derived from the popular Tomo Fighter Jet Fish and geared with performance fish aspects to help fine tune your small wave game. Each El Tomo comes with the unique black airbrush on the nose/rails with slight variation of pin lines ranging from red, orange, and purple.
Sweetwater’s board hoarder, Spencer (6’1″ 185lbs), has a 5’9″ (33.6L) on order, and our favorite beach boy, Logan (5’10” 150lbs), has a 5’4″ (25.8L) on order too. Reviews from our friends at Firewire says it feels reliable like a Seaside but a tad more response like the Evo. Both good designs for our east coast conditions. Tomo originally designed a fin by Futures specifically for this board but many reviews have proven your reliable quad set to work well too.
