What a weekend of waves and small waves persist again this morning. The wave train has arrived and I would personally like to thank September for the love. There are some waist high set waves that look pretty fun if you can get into them early. I was so tempted to bump it up a 1/2 logo but I’ll keep it at 2 logos for now since we are still going to low tide and it’s already a little dumpy. I’m optimistic it will get a little better with more water under it. Hopefully, the wind will cooperate too. We hope everyone has gotten their fill of surfing and their head space back to a good place. Reminder: Please be respectful of the Wrightsville Beach’s surf laws and regulations. WB Ocean Rescue works very hard to keep our beach safe so the last of their worries should be monitoring surfers closer than 350 ft of the piers.*
