Afternoon Update

There are a few waves out behind the shop this afternoon.  It looks a little bit better than it did this morning when I paddled out.  The wind has died off enough that the lineup isn’t a complete mess.  There were a few decent peaks out but the waves were closing out pretty quickly and the shoulders look pretty soft.  Even thought the peaks are in the waist to stomach high range, you may want a board with some float to help get over soft sections.  Wrightsville Beach Lifts Restrictions on Beach Activities, Opens 6 Parking Lots, and Allows Short Term Rentals with No Restrictions beginning May 20, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.   Click HERE for more information.
