Sunrise Report: Good morning! Winter has officially set in and this is one of those mornings where you could probably have a fun session but is it worth braving the cold? I'm not so sure. On a warmer day I would have bumped it up to 3 logos. There are some closeouts but the tide is getting higher, hopefully making them less likely. Down towards Atlanta St. there were some fun sets coming through and the wind isn't whipping like yesterday.
