Afternoon Update: The rain and wind are not letting up. I saw one guy getting out just as I got up to the beach. Other than him, no one else is out there braving the conditions. I don't blame y'all either. The hard offshore wind is whippin' and cleaning up the sets but they still seem super unruly and unpredictable.
