Afternoon Update: The tide really filled in and its pretty fat out there at the moment. Still a few breaking on the outside but not really any solid sections out there. If you can manage to milk one through the middle there are some punchy shore-break sections to be had. Still plenty of swell in the water and the rain cleaned it up somewhat. Water is warming up too so get on it while you can because its summer and bound to flatten out sooner than later!
