Mid-morning Update: There's no question it was a challenge to get a good one this morning but the drops and some sets were pretty fun. I was able to sneak a few decent waves in even with the 2 block long rip currents. The drops were fun if you made it. Still some 3 logo waves rolling in if you are in the right spot. It's sunny with waves so why not paddle out. It was fun catching a few before work with the SW crew. Know your limits and keep and eye out for swimmers this weekend if you can. Keep checking the Wblivesurf.com Live HD cam and Live weather station for any changes in the conditions between reports.
Surfing Code Of Ethics! 2012 WB Surfing Regulations and Zones…. HERE! Surfboard leashes are required year round in Wrightsville Beach. Please follow the rules and wear leashes on all surfboards. If you forget your leash just stop by Sweetwater and leave your license to borrow one.
