Sunrise Report:  Expect traffic delays in WB this morning with the YMCA Triathalon today.  Cloudy, rainy, cool, and the surf isn't all that great.  It's still ride-able but not as fun looking as the past few days.  The wind is on it early out of the ENE giving it some texture.  The lines are still long and the sets are pretty inconsistent.  Kind of weak looking too so I'd say a fish or log is the best call at the moment.  If you haven't surfed there may be some leftovers that are okay but keep your expectations low.  Keep checking the live HD cam and live Weather Station between reports. Surfing Code Of Ethics!
