Sunrise Report:  There's a little wave out there.  It's hit or miss on the waves that allow you to do anything.  Most seem to be breaking pretty fast and closing out.  I did see a few that were a little more peaky but they were kind of dumpy too.  I'd say you aren't missing much at the moment.  We do have an incoming tide so maybe that will give it some extra push and keep most from closing out.  Cooler this morning so grab a neoprene top if you decide to surf.
