C-Street

Sunrise Report:  Fairly clean but still pretty weak out there.  Only a few are breaking outside.  There's a little bit of potential out there but nobody out due to the higher tide.  The shore break seems a little better than the outside waves that are breaking.  Check back in a few hours to see if anything changes.
