Lunchtime Update: Theres a decent looking longboard wave out there at the moment. Happy Gilmore was out on the beach teeing off in preparation for his comeback year on the PGA Tour. Even he said he was about to go get a few on the log. Most waves were in the knee high range with some thigh high sets coming in now and then. A ton of people are out in the watter getting their glide on. It looks fun for a log but the people that were out on shortboards looked to be having a difficult time getting into the wave. Bring something with some float and you could get a few decent ones. Have fun if you decide to go!
