Afternoon Update: Since the lunchtime report the wind has slightly died down, but has shifted to a more on-shore direction. This has reduced the chop on the face of the waves a little and the sets seem more organized. A few guys were surfing and caught some waves while I was watching, so it's definitely doable. The only thing I saw also is that the tide is getting higher, which is making the sets on the outside softer. Go out and get some waves if you get a chance.
