Sunrise Report: Smaller than the last few days. Still some ridable waves out there and less wind this morning. Probably worth paddling out to catch a few. Nobody out yet. The surf zones are officially over now for the most part but the leash law and not surfing too close to Mercer's, Crystal, and the Jetty are still in play year round.
