Sunrise Report: Not what I was hoping for this morning. The high tide really has a hold on it. The wind has a little bump on it. Pretty soft outside and only a few shorebreak waves coming in. Best bet now is a log or fish until the tide drops out some. Check back later for more updates. There will be a memorial paddle out this sunday morning at sunrise for Johnny Ray Todd at Shell Island on the north end of Wrightsville Beach.
