Surfboard leashes must be worn at all times of the year while surfing in WB no matter what size the surf is or what size board you are riding. It's against the law to even have a board on the beach strand without a leash. Follow the rules at WB and we can have fun surfing. All it takes is one idiot that hurts someone and it could go back to surfing in two block areas and those areas rotating every day of the month. Don't be that idiot!
