Lunchtime Update: Parking meters start today so don't forget your quarters when coming down to catch a few. There's still a little wave with the rising tide. The tide has made it pretty mushy out front but there's still some decent size to the sets. I gave it two logos to be optimistic for the tide falling out later this afternoon.
