Sunrise Report: The tide still seems to have a hold on the surf. The waves are there but just not really breaking to it's full potential early this morning. I saw a few waist high sets come in but only in certain spots. I think it will get fun in a few hours if the wind cooperates with us. Right now it's a tad weak but rideable with a calm wind. Keep your fingers crossed for improving conditions with the falling tide. Pretty close to two logos if you find the right spot. We'll keep you posted on any changes but you can keep checking the Wblivesurf.com HD Live Surf Cam and Live Weather Station for any change between reports.

Note: Surfboard leashes are required year round in Wrightsville Beach. Please follow the rules and wear leashes on all surfboards. If you forget your leash just stop by Sweetwater and leave your license to borrow one for the session. Don't forget to pay the parking meters and pay lots that started March 1st and No Dogs on beach April 1st.
