Mid-morning Update: I just got out of the water and caught a few fun rides, but I had to wait a while for them and had to be just in the right spot. A few more guys are out now catching some okay rides. The lefts are a little more open and makeable. Still breaking pretty fast with these long lines. I would go look for other spots on the island if you could. Keep checking the live cam and live weather station. Caution while surfing Oceanic Pier due to missing pilings at end of pier. Mention the surf report and get 15% off any new board that isn't yellow tagged.
Surfing Code Of Ethics! Surfboard leashes are required year round in Wrightsville Beach. Please follow the rules and wear leashes on all surfboards ALL THE TIME. If you forget your leash just stop by Sweetwater and leave your license to borrow one.
