Afternoon Update:  It could be a little better than earlier, but not much. The wind has backed off keeping it a little cleaner, but the current from earlier is still pushing the sets into each other. With that current it looks like a waist high peak with knee to thigh high lines. So it's a little deceptive. Not great and it's still cold so you make the call.
