Afternoon Update:  Lots of waves out there.It's all chop with not many makeable little sections. The wind has it all over the place. I saw one guy paddling out, drifting on the way. Size wise it's not bad. Thigh to waist high with maybe a slightly bigger one every now and then. There's just too much wind. It's sloppy and breaking on top of itself.
