Afternoon Update: Some better signs of surf out there now. Wouldn’t say it’s much bigger but its breaking a bit more push to it. A few guys up the beach catching some pretty decent lefts. Looks like it’s kind of soft on the take offs so I’d grab a board with a little extra foam to it still. A bunch of different spots breaking pretty well but it did seem a little more consistent up the beach. Find a good sand bar and wear your thickest suit if you want to surf. Be prepared for a steady drift out of the north too. Check back tomorrow for a new update. *Sweetwater plans to close early today around 4pm due to the “snowmageddon”. If you need anything, please call in advance before heading down. 910-256-3821. We will most likely open later tomorrow too. Thanks!* WB Live Surf’s Weekly Special!
