Afternoon Update: It's a "Modern Collective" kind of afternoon. It doesn't look good, but there are lots of guys out and most of them seem to be having fun. It could be the punch, or the quick sections, but either way, it's a fast wave with some size. If you're the guy that paddles out and doesn't have a wave come to him it is definitely a one star day. If you're the lucky guy the waves come to, you're probably looking going to get a 2 star plus ride. Hard onshore wind isn't usually tempting, but the faces and foamy barrels may make you want to paddle out for a try.
