Attention surfers, we have waves! The first swell of September is providing some fun rides on this sunny Wednesday, you just have to pick the right wave. The long period swell is making patience a virtue and finding the right take-off zone essential. Waves are in the chest-high range with set waves scraping head high every so often. Definitely get out there if you have the time today, but keep in mind that a lot of the waves are close-outs. If you send it, know your limits and be wary of rip currents.
