Mid-Morning Update

What’s up everyone! It is super wonky out there right now with how high the tide is currently. The water is about up to the dunes for reference of how high it is, but this is causing the size out there to be unable to break. There are some chest high sets rolling in that are not breaking until it is super close inside, but the ones that break look like some serious fun. The outside sets are crumbly and could be fun on a log, but the inside sets are walling up and barreling super hard. You have to be patient, because the swell is coming in at 7 seconds and the wind is pretty gusty. All in all, if you have the time, I say go out and send it! A couple hours from now, the tide will drop, and I think it will shape up super nicely. If you’re on the outside bring something with some volume, but if not, you will want to sit pretty close in and bring a board with some speed.
