Mid-morning Update

Sorry for the little delay in the report this morning. Was having some technical difficulties first thing at the store.  Not much to report about the surf this morning still.  Chunky and funky looking shorebreak right now.  Doesn’t look very surfable to me.  Might have better luck on a skimboard.  Cloudy and dreary looking this morning too.  Stay tuned for more updates in case conditions change and enjoy the rest of the day.*Sweetwater’s All For Fall Sale!  Check out the news section for all the deals going on at the shop!* Not trying to scare anyone but please read below for your safety.  Florence floodwaters alone will have tons of pathogens (bacteria, viruses, parasites), in addition to the 5.5 million gallon sewage spill from the Southside wastewater treatment plant, and coal ash pond and hog lagoons breached – all making their way into the Atlantic Ocean eventually. Please consider all this before you decide if/when to get back in the water.  Be safe.
