It’s nothing like yesterday afternoon. I hope some of you got a few for me. This morning it’s all shorebreak, so you’ll have to find a decent higher tide spot. A few people were setting up to paddle out as I was leaving the beach. A high volume board so that you can paddle in early would be the best choice this morning. A few shorebreak waves are peaky; however, there are some closeouts too. Be sure to wear plenty of neoprene if you do paddle out because the wind chill is hovering around 33 degrees.
