It’s much cooler than yesterday at this time. There’s not quite as much energy in the ocean either. However, a decent set wave will roll through every once in a while. One person surfing was too far out to catch a wave while I was taking photos. I’d say a board with a bit of extra float is the best call to get into them early. It’s pretty clean, and the bigger sets seem to offer more of a wall to work with. Otherwise, the smaller ones are weak and meander softly into the shore break.
