Sunrise Report

Not much happening again today.  Small shore break lapping on the beach.  Good thing as the Coastal Federation Test said levels of bacteria were high in a recent test.  Link to it is in the news section below.  We are still waiting on tests from the State.  So please be aware of potential water quality issues.  Not trying to scare anyone but please read below for your safety.  Florence floodwaters alone will have tons of pathogens (bacteria, viruses, parasites), in addition to the 5.5 million gallon sewage spill from the Southside wastewater treatment plant, and coal ash pond and hog lagoons breached – all making their way into the Atlantic Ocean eventually.
