Afternoon Update: Looks fun out there! The wind has backed off slightly and turned more to the west. There are some chunky nuggets rolling in up and down the beach. There is a large crowd down around Augusta Street. The guys are getting in atleast two good turns in and connecting to the inside. Most everyone is on a shortboard though the it looks smooth enough for a longboard. Getting reports that its fun from inlet to inlet, so find your sweet spot and have some fun! Keep checking the weather station and live cam for changes before sunset.
Note: We would like to send out our deepest condolences to the Sweetwater Manager Spencer Lem and the Lem Family. Mr. Lem passed away from a hard fought battle with cancer. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
