Mid-morning Update : It look's like the size is starting to come on a little now. Not so much in the contest area but down the beach. It's thigh to waist with some much bigger sets down the way. The wind is cooperating for now so come and get some waves or watch so amazing surfing. Amateurs hit the water at 8am and pros at 9am sharp. Huge props this morning to the contest amateur head judge Daniel Sacchi and Doug and Jacelyn from WB Surf Camp who saved three drunk swimmers at 6:30am from drowning. They got caught in a big rip current and were swept out almost out to the Red Bull buoys. If those three hadn't been there and helped there is no doubt that three lives would have been lost. Way to go guys. Surfing Code Of Ethics!
