Afternoon Update: There are a bunch of guys out front having a grand old time, mostly on shortboards, some longboards. The strong NE wind is making for what looks like a strong drift and shifty peaks. The approaching high tide could fill it in and make it a little less dumpy. I would either go out now and have some fun in the sun or wait a little bit until before dark, it's your call. Either way you'll definitly get some good ones. Have fun if you surf! Surfboard leashes are required year round in Wrightsville Beach. Please follow the rules and wear leashes on all surfboards. If you forget your leash just stop by Sweetwater and leave your license to borrow one for the session. Don't forget to pay the parking meters and pay lots that started March 1st and No Dogs on beach April 1st.
