Mid-morning Update: It's been pretty fun this morning. The sets are consistent, the wind feels great and the direction is helping to hold them up. Lots of guys out front so you may want to look around. It's half and half shut down versus staying open. I did see some rips starting to form up and down the beach so that is going to play with it a little. I'd so go surf if you have the time. Slightly better than average day on had for us. Surfing Code Of Ethics! Surfboard leashes are required year round in Wrightsville Beach. Please follow the rules and wear leashes on all surfboards ALL THE TIME. If you forget your leash just stop by Sweetwater and leave your license to borrow one.
