Lunch Report: Smaller surf continues at lunch time. Outside break that is weak and no shorebreak to speak of. A few guys out, but not catching anything. There may be a longboard wave at the right spot but don't expect too much. Stay tuned for more updates. The C-street cam is back up and running but not panning yet.
