Afternoon Update: It looks like it could be fun, but it just isn't. The wind is doing a number on it, and it just doesn't look to be lining up very well. There are several surfers out, but I didn't see really any good waves being caught either. Maybe somewhere else could be better so look around if you decide to go surf. Have fun if you surf. Surfboard leashes are required year round in Wrightsville Beach. Please follow the rules and wear leashes on all surfboards. If you forget your leash just stop by Sweetwater and leave your license to borrow one for the session. Don't forget to pay the parking meters and pay lots that started March 1st and No Dogs on beach April 1st.
