It’s a beautiful sunrise to start the day, and there’s a little wave to ride if you are interested. It’s nothing great, but it’s warm for this time of the year, and a wave is sort of breaking. The sets seem to be in the hip-high range. The outside is a little soft, but it’s reforming into some shorebreak the looks makeable. I’d say a longboard, funboard, or wider shortboard is the best call to make the most of the conditions. There’s a little bit of a drift from South to North with the SW wind blowing. The wind is forecast to blow even harder as the day progresses, pushing 30-plus mph from the SW this afternoon.
