Sunrise Report

It’s the first really cold morning down there today.  There’s a wind chill in the Mid-30’s so bundle up on the way out.  The surf is trying break too but the higher tide has it pretty soft.  Nobody out at the crack of light.  You’ll have to deal with a slight current so be prepared to drift some if you paddle out.  If you have a higher volume board you’d probably have more fun if you decided to paddle out.  Otherwise, I’d say wait to see what the lower tide does and it will let the sun come up and warm things up a bit.
