Looks like a touch bigger surf than yesterday morning. It’s more in the thigh high range with a random bigger set every so often. Even at a lower tide it does seem a bit more peaky than than yesterday. However, there are still some close outs and longer lines so most break quickly and dump. The sand bars are still really flat and need a bigger swell to break up a bit. Fingers crossed that happens sooner rather than later. A log looks like the best call to get in early. I did ride my Seaside yesterday morning but it was tough. *Oneill/Sweetwater Pro-am is set for Aug. 16-18! Now accepting registrations at surfsignup.com!*
